Hmm.... lets start with today yup today was alright.
Hit the gym for the second time. Went to my school gym after a while. I went to yio chu kang gym on thursday met my buddy reshveen who just started schooling in sajc. Really miss the good old days yup training in tht rusty old joint with all the weights u can handle it was awesome.
Went back to doing squats. BARBELL GOD FATHER SQAUTS i feel really sore after that workout man it was awesome all i did for my thighs were squats and its aching so much. If its aching then i kinda know i'm growing.suprisingly my calves responded well and recovered real fast maybe becasue of all the daily cardio i used to do ( on the spot jumps) lol. Had to go to yio chu kang yesterday as reshveen can't enter my school gym. Yup so we decided to meet every thursday to do an awesome leg workout.
Today was my back and biceps day. I went to my school gym after handing in some h.w in the morning. I got a shock of my life when i entered my school gym it was filled with equipment sadly not the free weights section. There was a HACK SQUAT machine right in the centre and cable cross overs oh man i thought i was dreaming on thursday i was reading my muscle mag which i borrowed from reshveen about squats and i wanted to get in the mood to do squats as its a excercise every gym rat dreads. The mag had information on hack squats and all kinds of squats the most interesting thing about hack squats was that it helps to develop more of yer quadriceps which i the front of the thighs. I have a lot of mass on my upper quadriceps and hamstrings compared to the the quadriceps muscles near my knees and it makes it look awful. I thought i had to just settle for just normal barbell squats but praise god i have this new wonder in my school gym and for calves i got another suprise there is this squat machine tht i seriously hate and whn i c guys using it i will be like come on get serious those are for losers lol go and do some real stuff with barbells u whimps. lol Anyway i got a revealtion whn i saw this guy ( whom i wanna ask if he wants to be my gym partner as he takes the effort like me to come early in the morning and train like a hardcore gym rat and he is stronger in certan areas tht i am weak in and i am stronger in areas tht he is weak in and i thought we cld help each other " once i intro myself lol" soon soon maybe monday or if i c him tommo i will ask him.) doing standing calve rasies ( something that i used to do in california fitness gym with my 2 weeks free pass and added a good amount of muslce to my skinny calves. He was doing it with the squats machine iwas like wow. I went over and asked this dude hey , how do u adjust this machine to do that and he showed me, i just have to hold a clutch and the whole machine rises up to sholuder level and you just have to place yer ankles out of the standing pad and u are ready to excute the calve rasie movement. it was totally awesome.
Tommorow i am going to the gym to get to know more of the other machines. Hai hai one of the sad things are that while i was looking for the right dumbbells to perform my dumbbell rows i discovered that the freakish looking dumbbells that i thought were heavy were like super duper light so i went all the way down to the biggest ones and those were still not heavy enough. But praise god there are alot of huge 20 kg plates around so i just used a barbell to do the rows with some free weights.

i have not been able to go gym and do my design its a horrible feeling and it kinda affects my work too i feel more determined to do my work and that rush of mental strength after gymming but sadly i let go of training for a 3 to 4 mths and now i'm back i will have to structure myself whn school starts on the 19th of april lol.
