what do i do with this time.

Well its the holidays or should i call it. Extra time lol.

Shld i do my touch up all my project works .........



Shld i focus on my freelance jobs ??




Shld i get a part time job sth thts away from design like work in IKEA or NTUC etc ......
well i did apply nothing so far casue they are looking for
students who would stick on even after their holidays are over.

What about my weight lifting and fitness?
What about my cycling, swimming lol?

Well cycling is kinda settled. I am going cycling every week . Not the kinda a cycling around the park lol.

For Bodybuilding hmm.....
was kinda stuck at the start of the holiday on what to do at 1st shld I focus on just doing bodyweight excercises and make my body slim



or shld i focus on building with heavy weights and go for the big look. You noe get big shoulder huge thighs, just getting huge.

Well i have decided to do both.


I am gonna use something called FST-7 in my workouts its a training method created or shld i say discovered by Haney Ramboid.
So basically i will do all my workout within 30 to 45 minutes for the 1st 3 weeks
for each body part i will do one compound movement which is like muti-joint exercise for example flat bench press for chest. I will finish my chest of with the FST-7 move with 7 sets of single joint exercise that will get me a huge pump as in get as much blood to rush in to my chest .This huge pump will help stretch the fascia which is the inner or core muscle tendons , forcing them to grow. The 7 sets must be done really quick with good control , squeezing and 30 seconds rest in between each set.

so carn w8 totry this new programme on tuesday morning before heading off to Borneo Motors I gotta be at the gym ay 845am warm up and w8 for the gym to open at 9am.

Run in do my quadriceps workout( yes i have separated my leg workout into 1 day quadriceps and an other day hamstrings cause i feel that i can get better gains that way). I am do leg extension warm up 20 reps . Next hack squat 3 sets of 10 reps . Next 7 sets of leg extensions 10 reps 30 seconds rest in between. all to be finished b4 9.20am . next do 4 sets of calves exercise and then finish off with abs. leave gym at 930
have shower till 940. then make my way to block R. hope this works if i am running late i thing i will skip the abs workout do at at home in the evening.

I think i have kinda decided to focus more on touching up my project and making it print worthy lol.

i hope i can do this

Its the "holidays" hai hai. but thk God for them it s a breather and a good time to catch up on work.
Well i have resting well for the past few days hai hai with aches all over my body tht is after not going gym for a while hit the gym real hard these past few days , almost fainted in the gym as i din have enough of sodium in my system but managed to struggled through my entire workout lol yesterday was a great workout too but wa!!! today super pain super duper pain. At the same time i have also not totally slacked on my work lol. I have had many doubts and i have been approaching my lectures even b4 i begin my design and it has really paid off. I am really glad that i finally got the hang of using Rhino 4.0 lol! ( 3D modeling software ) still gotta learn a whole lot more. O ya and i got stuck using rhino once in school and my lectures instructions and one point was not clear i din want to go back and ask my lect to repeat so i pulled all the courage i could knocked on the year 3's door and asked the senior who opened the door for me to help me out well she tried but she din really noe hwo to do it so she called the " rhino expert" woooo tht guy's skills wa!!! awesome sia lol. anyway ya he showed me how to do it. Anyway i have only like 4 weeks left for final presentation and project submissions so if i don do sth right now to finish my work its gonna bite me in the butt once my holidays end so ya i have decided to put an end to relaxation yes i will be still going gym.

Gone to the Lord


Grandpa just passed away at 6.30pm today.
A bit confused with this thing in me called emotions.
He is saved i rejoice with the lord. He dosen't have to worry about bed sores anymore.
He can't respond to my words no more in his this physical world.
hmm..........................

I aint sure what to blog.
I memory of him i would really like to pick up violin if God's all right with that. Maybe some day i will be able to play his violin that rest on top of my cup board collecting dust for now.

cause we got lost on our way back from tampines to seragoon thks to ben lol.
Once we got back to our familiar check point giant megastore they decided to lock it there and take a taxi back home as they were to tired leaving me and russell to cycle all the way back home .

Had my leg workout today it was good but i hope it dosen't turn made as they power the bike on its journey back to serangoon.

awesome

This whole week has been awesome. Yes there were alot of like " bad stuff" hai hai but its alright i think i rather count my blessings.

Praise God i am making good use of my holidays using my time to serve him in whatever way i can help in Sp camp.

I was like wah!! i really need to develop my design software skills and God answered my prayer though my design studio in sch is like smashed to the ground i think i have no need to cry over spilled milk.

For training i am getting in the habit of working out hardcore again praise God.
I can use this regained determination to drive me further yup.
I know there isn't any easy way out and i think i am ready to go through it.

Yesterday was amazing i cycled to school , had my workout ( 2hrs) trained summit , cycled home and cycled to tampines IKEA within 45min right after my lunch.

Had an awesome fellowship with Ben.
Ben cut his finger while he was trying to carry his bike
Ben did something and his gear screwed up lol but praise god there was a bicycle shop near by and he only spent $3 on repairs

I show this giant " funnel" thingie while cycling don Old tampines rd. COOLMeat balls weren't that bad.
THIS WAS AWESOME "WAFFLE AND ICE CREAM"
its a special promotion or sth i couldn't resist it its $4 and its worth it.

Today's squats was awesome i did 70 kg not including the bar for my last set for 10 reps.
